Current vacancies:
Multi-skilled Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer
The Role:
- Carrying out maintenance inspections and servicing of gas & A/C appliances & general plant room equipment.
- Attending reactive, diagnostic and repair calls to gas & A/C appliances and plant.
- Completing associated gas certification documentation in line with industry/client requirements.
- Complete associated F Gas records in line with industry/client requirements.
- Estimating labour requirements for repairs to enable quotations to be generated.
- Liasing with suppliers to obtain part information/costs.
Experience & Competencies required:
- Applicants must be an experienced Commercial Gas Heating Service Engineer with good diagnostic/repair skills.
- Applicants must hold commercial gas qualifications.
- Experience/knowledge of Oil & LPG appliances would be beneficial but not essential.
- Applicants must hold F Gas C&G 2079 or equivalent
- Experience/knowledge of electrical/controls and commercial plumbing installations would be an advantage.
- A thorough knowledge of a wide range of commercial gas heating installations and systems.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full Driving Licence.
Mechanical HVAC Technicians
The Role:
- Carrying out Maintenance Inspections and Servicing of Split Air Conditioning Systems, Package Units, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Plant and Supply & Extract Fans & general plant room equipment.
- Belts and filter changing on all serviced equipment.
- Cleaning, servicing & lubricating mechanical assets.
- Recording and sending before & after photographs of all equipment serviced.
- Estimating labour requirements for repairs to enable quotations to be generated.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain part information/costs.
Experience & Competencies required:
- Applicants must be an experienced mechanical fitters/technicians with a good working knowledge of Split Air Conditioning Systems, Package Units, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Plant and Supply & Extract Fans & general plant room equipment.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Applicants must have a full driving licence.
- Experience/knowledge of electrical/controls and commercial plumbing installations would be an advantage.
- Experience/knowledge of refrigeration systems and/or F Gas C&G 2079 or equivalent would be an advantage
